Never Again, But Forever

Welcome back to my blog!  Today marks the completion of my first two months at VIT Chennai—and what a transformative journey it has been. These months have already changed my life for the better, and I’d love to share how I got here. Like many Indian students aspiring to pursue engineering, I started coaching classes as early as 8th grade, placing everything on hold for the IIT dream. But by 12th grade, I was facing severe burnout and had lost all interest in the process. After my first JEE attempt, with disappointing results, I was convinced I’d end up without a direction. That’s when things shifted. One evening, my father sat me down and reminded me that I still had time to restart with a clean slate. On the same day, I happened to watch Legally Blonde , where Elle Woods’ determination sparked something within me. Inspired, I began solving past year papers daily, working tirelessly on weak areas while polishing my strengths. Within two months, my percentile jumped from 78 to 92: ...

They remind me to embrace each moment, whether it’s a lesson learned from failure or a success worth celebrating: each experience is fleeting, and each deserves appreciation. Hi, I’m Anushka Bhushan, a first-year Computer Science and Engineering student specializing in Data Science at VIT Chennai. My passion for technology and problem-solving has found its perfect outlet in my studies and projects. I’m building a strong foundation in Data Science, diving deep into Python and applying it through practical projects, while also exploring front-end development with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
